Wait Listed Players

New this year. We have a registration online for Wait List Only for our Travel Program. Any player who did not tryout in March can register with this link. Coaches will be informed of any wait listed players in their age group after the June Board Meeting to determine if there are any openings on our travel teams. The Player would then start out on the lowest team for that age group (ie: C level). The upper level coach can then choose to pull up that player to fill a roster spot on a higher level team depending on space available and need.

 Student Coaches

Student Coaches are those under age 18 who wish to help younger players on the ice. The Student Coach must be USA hockey registered, wear full equipment on the ice, coach  a minimum of 1 level down and fill out the appropriate application and submit it to the Board for approval. The application is available  in word format on the DOCUMENTS link on your left.  And thank you for taking an interest in helping out our younger players!

Equipment

ALL equipment from this season must be accounted for by Dave Schofield. This equipment must be sorted, repaired, and evaluated before it can be re-issued this season. All equipment will be issued to the appropriate team representative. Each representative will be responsible to sign for this equipment and THIS PERSON will be required to return the equipment at the conclusion of the season. If you have not already done so, please contact Dave at 617-201-4422 to return your Tri County Saints equipment from previous years (pucks, shirts, water bottles, first aid kits, goalie equipment, etc) .

All players must wear USA Ice Hockey certified equipment. All players MUST wear mouth guards and neck guards. All LTS/LTPH and House players will receive a jersey as part of their registration that they may keep. The travel teams use official NHL replica Buffalo Sabers jerseys with Tri-County Saints logo embroidered on front. You may use the shirts for the year, but they are not to be altered and will not be kept by the players.

The Mites will continue to use the “BLUE” pucks as they are still required by USA Hockey.

Tournament INFO
To all concerned:
I am enclosing a spreadsheet listing several available tournaments, both locally and out-of-state, that are open to Tri-County Saints team participation.  This is not a complete tournament list, but should provide plenty of food for thought.  In my experience, it is best left up to the coaches to decide along with their respective teams which tournament will be most suitable and/or feasible when taking into consideration travel, dates and scheduling.  I have provided either web or phone contact information for each tournament.  However, if you are having difficulty attaining further detailed information, please contact me at and I will assist you or your team parent in obtaining the necessary tournament information.
Lastly, in my experience, it is best to arrange funding of the tournament fee by collecting from each player participating and having the coach or the team parent make one payment along with the proper application.  Once again, if you have any questions regarding this or any other tournament matter, please do not hesitate to contact me.
